Our Verdict:
Before the Gravity 4000 came out in the market, the Gravity 2000 was a great upgrade from the earlier 1000 model. The 2000 model comes with the same standard frame as the 1000 but is a bit on the heavier side and has the upgraded vinyl-covered foam backrest for more comfortable back support. The added weight compensates for a sturdier and more secure feel when you do the inversion process over the more lightweight models. However, with the entry of the Gravity 4000 at a price difference of just $1, (the Gravity 4000 currently retails at $197) it will get you thinking over whether to go for the 2000 model for its lighter weight, or the 4000 model for its upgraded backrest features but with lesser portability due to heavier frame construction. In the end, your choice will really depend on your individual needs. |

Customer Feedback-
"This is an elegant, durable, aesthetically pleasing machine. Simple and sturdy. It is everything I had wanted for inversion, and stores almost instantly in three manageable pieces. The hardest part is admitting when it's time to get off!" - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "There were so many inversion tables to choose from, it took me several weeks to decide which one to purchase. Finally, I selected the Ironman Gravity 2000. I was worried that the low price would be an indicator of lesser quality, but that was not the case. The ankle supports and padded back are extremely comfortable and after using the table twice a day for 2 weeks my back is feeling quite better. I'm glad I made the right choice." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "Wow! Ironman Gravity 2000 Inversion Table arrived in a timely manner. It took about an hour to assemble. It was not difficult to assemble. It is strong, sturdy, easy and comfortable to use. Money well spent. Thanks for this great product..." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "This is my first inversion table, having decided to try one after the chiropractor recommended spinal traction treatments, which weren't covered by insurance. Its very sturdy, well-padded in the back area, and the ankle restraints are pretty comfortable, although they take a bit of getting used to. It is so easy to use this machine. I hate having to stop using them to get ready for work" - Actual User Review - Amazon.com |
